Description

The City of Calimesa is seeking proposals from qualified firms for professional services to provide complete park design and construction specifications for the 4th Street Park Expansion Project. The City desires to engage a single entity to provide a complete range of professional consulting services to support its Project, as described below, as an extension of the City's staff. The full contracted scope of work shall be negotiated with the selected Proposer based on the services and fees proposed by the Proposer firm and/or required by the City. The scope of work is described in detail in Exhibit 'A' Scope of Services for Park Design and Construction Specifications.
