The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Mechanical Equipment - Rockefeller Arts Center project at the State University of New York at Fredonia. Rockefeller Arts Center is home to the Visual Arts Center. The original Rockefeller Arts Center constructed in 1969, is a 176,216 GSF five story building. The building mechanical systems are original to the building and need replacement. The project is to replace the Air Handling Units, mechanical equipment controls, pumps, etc. and will include interior renovation to accommodate installation of new ductwork.
