Description

The bid proposal scope of work involves reconstructing hangar taxilanes “B1” and “B2” (approximately 290-ft by 25-ft) by removing the existing PCC / asphaltic pavement; excavating the taxilane subgrade to the proper depth to obtain the proposed pavement section thickness, cement stabilizing and compacting the taxilane sub-grade; placing and compacting 6-inches of P- 208 crushed aggregate subbase; placing and compacting 3-inches of HMA surface course. The work also includes the installation of an edge underdrain drainage system; painting taxiway markings; and sodding any disturbed areas as more specifically set out in the Plans and Specifications.
