Description

The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract to perform restroom remodeling at the Kenosha County Courthouse, 912 56th Street, Kenosha, WI 53140. Base Bid - Base Bid to include the remodeling of Womens Lounge 300 and Womens RR 301. Scope of work to include plumbing fixture replacement, floor and wall finish restoration, painting, sink vanity replacement, door replacement, light fixtures, and minor mechanical modifications. Refer to the plan set for the full scope of work. Alternate #1 - Add alternate to include the remodeling of Mens RR 201. Alternate to include plumbing and mechanical fixture replacement, existing fixture restoration, painting, sink vanity replacement, door replacement, light fixtures, and minor mechanical modifications.
