2022 Cumming Utilities Overhead Power Line Removal and Underground Replacement Project

The City of Cumming Department of Utilities, Water Production Division is seeking proposals for the removal of existing overhead power line and power poles and the installation of underground 3-phase power. Please see attached specification sheets this requested proposal. This proposal should include all #500 copper, pvc and aluminum conduit, concrete encasement, connection into switch gear, excavation, refilling and proper compaction of ditch, concrete/asphalt repair, disposal of excess soil and concrete/asphalt, disposal of old overhead power lines and poles and other waste, equipment rental, and physical labor associated with the turn-key installation of the 1600 amp underground power lines. Must include in the pricing, all equipment necessary to accomplish the installation of the power line and removal of old poles and lines. Proposal Must include all parts and labor.
