| Description | The scope of work for this project will include, but is not limited to, Installing Extra Heavy Duty (55 mil) Urethane Deck Coating system at south ramp and sidewalks with 5 year warranty, including removal of the existing deck coating, surface preparation per manufacturer requirements, rout and seal cracks, installation of cove bead sealant and termination of the deck coating 12" up over the vertical surfaces. Rout and seal cracks and construction joints along the wall surface. Vertical concrete wall patch exterior and interior surface of the wall. Wing Joint replacement at top of the ramp. Hydro blast clean interior surface of concrete retaining walls (laundry room), and install 2 coat waterproof coating system. Hydro blast/ pressure wash clean exterior concrete wall and install coat system. TDP: Partial depth top side concrete deck patch. Concrete column patching. Construction of this phase could overlap with on-going work of other floors in the building. Coordination with the contractors, construction manager and other trades and consultants already on-site and in the building shell will be required in such case. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
