North Branford High School Project Equipment Phase 3B

Bids will be received for the equipment project, including the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, services, and equipment necessary for a complete installation for the projects titled "EQUIPMENT PHASE 3B" at North Branford High School for the TOWN OF NORTH BRANFORD All contractors submitting bid must be DAS prequalified. All questions/clarifications should be submitted in writing to: Carson Collier at ccollier@qamarch.com. The last day to submit questions is Monday, August 8, 2022. select "Public Jobs" and select "Equipment Phase 3B at North High School for the Town of North Branford". This project is state assisted and requires compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity provisions of Executive Order 11246; Non-Discrimination Provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Prevailing Wage determinations as issued by the Connecticut Department of Labor; and other provisions outlined in the bid documents. Bids, to receive consideration, must be in the hands of the authorized representative no later than the day and hour mentioned above. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids, without the consent of the above Authority. TOWN OF NORTH BRANFORD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informality, or to accept any bid deemed in the best interests of TOWN OF NORTH BRANFORD.
