HVAC Removal and Replacement for Building 100, 300, and 500 At Career Training Center (CTC)

Baldy View ROP (hereinafter called DISTRICT) 1501 S. Bon View Ave. Ontario, County of San Bernardino, State of California, 91761 acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive proposals for the award of contract(s) for the HVAC REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT PROJECT FOR BLDG 100, 300, AND 500 AT CAREER TRAINING CENTER (CTC), Proposal No. 22/23002. Proposals must conform to the proposal requirements. Any questions related to the requirements can be addressed at the preproposal meeting. In accordance with provisions of Government Code section 4590, substitution of eligible and equivalent securities for any monies withheld to ensure performance under this contract will be permitted at the request and expense of the Contractor. Proposal packets will be available at the preproposal meeting. Proposals will remain open and valid for sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening. District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive irregularities in any proposal.
