The project scope includes the new construction of residential space on 58.5 acres on the northeast corner of the intersection. Scope details have not been released. As of September 19, 2023 the project is in planning stage and seeking development agreement amendment approval from the Town of Jupiter. The Town Council will discuss the project on September 19, 2023. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
