| Description | The Contractor shall reconstruct the current A-2 Secondary Arterial configuration consisting of 4 lanes with a median to an A-1 Minor Arterial configuration consisting of 4 lanes and a center two-way left-turn lane. This will include new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete bus pads, traffic signalization upgrades, signage, and pavement markings. Utility improvements include water, wastewater, and storm water which the Contractor will need to do in coordination with franchise utilities. The scope currently does not include environmental support for a phase 1 evaluation for the 2018 Bond project but was included for the 2020 Bond project.
