State of Good Repair Traction Power Substation (TPSS) Rehabilitation

The project consists of the design, procurement, installation, construction, testing , and integration services for the provision and installation of necessary equipment as described in Part 1 of this RFP and the Preliminary Drawings and Specifications provided (upon request) by UTA, including provisions for one (1) Portable TPSS (PTPSS). Optional work may be exercised under this contract as described in the RFP documentation. This project will be a Design-Build project. The contractor shall utilize the UTA Preliminary Drawings and Specifications to prepare a Firm-Fixed price for this contract. Project Phasing that promotes the most efficient schedule, cost, and impact to UTA should be presented by Proposer.

Division 04 -	Masonry, Unit Masonry.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems, Substations, Power Distribution Units, Transfer Switches.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
