6171-A William Johnston Building Server Room Conversion

The objective of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a purchase order (PO) with a Respondent to provide all labor, materials & equipment necessary to complete the renovations of rooms 2011 and 2010-A at the William Johnston Building. The scope of work includes remove existing walls, door, ceilings, and carpet and base from Room 2011 and 2010A. Modify existing raised access flooring to receive new full height wall partitions. Provide new stud walls for a four (4) office layout. Install five (5) new entry doors, install privacy film to existing storefront glass panels. Install new ceiling grid with salvaged acoustical panels and Install new carpet and base. In Room 2022 remove existing system furniture and paint existing walls, project as specified in the Construction Documents. The Williams Johnston Building is located at 143 Honors Way, Tallahassee, FL 32304.
