This project includes there mediation and disposal of all asbestos-containing containing materials and/or contaminated materials in the following approximate quantities and descriptions: The Base Bid work includes asbestos abatement and demolition of Buildings 400 and 500/600; and asbestos abatement of Building 300 (excluding roofing), all located on the campus of Aiken Technical College. Scope of work will also include removal/disposal of an underground storage tank. Construction Cost Range: $450,000 to $550,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
