Description | This project consists of the CCTV and rehab/replacement of up to 20,242 LF of sewer line with the goal of eliminating inflow and infiltration from the areas tributary to past sanitary sewer overflows. This will reduce the possibility of future overflows. Lines will be rehabilitated, without increased capacity, in the areas of: 105-206 N. Augusta Ave., 200 S. Augusta Ave., 304-309 Brooklyn Street, 100-703 W. Church Street, 101-307 N. Farmer Drive, 201-605 W. Harnett Street, 103-603 W. Hill Street, 202-902 N. Lincoln Street, 303-403 W. Martin Street, 202-206 N. McLamb Street, 203-300 S. McLamb Street, 100A-703A W. Parrish Drive, 200-304 S. Pine Street, 201 N. McKinley Street, 303 S. Ryals Street, 205-305 1/2 N. Wall Street. Upon CCTV investigation, the project will include sanitary sewer rehabilitation via slipline of approximately 1,920 LF of 8" sewer pipe and pipe bursting of approximately 2,470 LF of 8" sewer pipe, including the rehabilitation of approximately 55 manholes and restoration of approximately 170 service connections in the project area. This construction includes service restoration from the sewer main to the right-of-way and the replacement of existing cleanouts. In accordance with the Agreement, the number of days to achieve Substantial Completion is 210 consecutive calendar days, and the number of days to achieve readiness for final payment is 240 consecutive calendar days.
