Description

Upgrade Rocky River Road between North Tryon Street and Rockland Drive/Toby Creek, with the goal of providing a modern, complete street that includes upgraded pedestrian and bicycle facilities. This project will provide upgraded sidewalks. pedestrian refuges, bike lane, planting strips, pedestrian lighting, and street trees to achieve USDG guidelines.
