Elementary School Concrete Improvements

Bid Security, Cashier's Check or Certified Check in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the bid must be included along with a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, board of directors, or the superintendent of the School District. A sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement must be included. A sworn and notarized criminal background check affidavit must be included and a sworn and notarized non-collusive affidavit must be included. Accepted bidders may be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price This project consists of concrete and asphalt improvements at Tyler Elementary School, Savage Elementary School, Rawsonville Elementary School and Edgemont Elementary School. The scope of the work is outlined in the bid documents consisting of Attachments B.1 - B.5. Each school is to be bid as a separate project and a combined project proposal can be submitted if desired
