Parkland College B-Wing Surgical Tech Remodeling

Project remodels existing classroom and office spaces to house the colleges surgical tech training program, including creating a new mock scrub room and operating room. Notice to Bidders: Board of Trustees Community College District No. 505 - Parkland College will receive sealed stipulated sum proposals for the Parkland B-Wing Surgical Suite Remodel. Qualified bidders may submit bids for project as described in this Document. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. The project will be constructed under a single General Work contact. The Contractor shall pay or cause to be paid not less than the prevailing rates of wages as found by the Owner or the Illinois Department of Labor or as determined by the Court on Review to all laborers, workmen and mechanics engaged in the Work. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying all Subcontractors of this requirement, the prevailing rates, and any revisions thereto. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
