At the completion of Work at a work site(s), Contractor must remove all waste materials and rubbish from the site(s) as well as any tools, equipment, machinery and surplus materials or supplies. If Contractor fails to clean up during the performance of the Work or at the completion of the Work, the HBCRA may do so and the cost incurred will be charged to the Contractor.
