RFP Engineering - Project Initiation Document (PID) Phase Services for SR-92 / Clawiter-Whitesell Interchange Upgrade Project

Scope of Services Services are anticipated to generally include, but are not limited to, the development of Project Initiation Document (PID) in the form of a Project Study Report - Project Development Support (PSRPDS) and all the supporting studies and reports required to obtain approval from Caltrans. The City's goal is to have this phase of the Project delivered creatively and expeditiously in order to position the Project to move to the next phase: Project Approval and Environmental Document (PA&ED). The City seeks to have an approved PID by September of 2023. Any questions and requests for clarification/additional information shall be submitted to Rita Perez by emailing bids@hayward-ca.gov. If deemed necessary, questions and answers will be posted to the City's website for all prospective proposers. The request for information deadline is October 17, 2022, 5pm.
