The awarded contractor will fulfill the requirements contained herein. Any contract resulting from award of this solicitation will be a convenience contract and the University makes no guarantee as to any minimum level of spend under the contract. Any convenience contract resulting from this solicitation will be for a base period of one (1) year, with two (2) additional one-year options as the latter are exercised for a total of three (3) years. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto.
