| Description | Each Contractor is required to perform their own quantity takeoffs to prepare their proposals. HVAC Updates: 1. Remove 15 Ton HVAC Split Unit and field scrap. 2. Install new 12.5 Ton HVAC Split Unit and thermostat with new copper refrigerant lines and condensate drainage. 3. Include a one-year inspection and preventative maintenance on both systems. 4. Existing 4 Ton HVAC Split Unit will remain in place. Perform a tune-up and maintenance. 5. Inspect, repair and seal leaks in existing ductwork, as necessary. 6. Clean and sanitize existing ductwork. 7. Add supply air to IT server room area. 8. All permits as required. |
