This project is for the construction of signal and left turn lane installation at the intersections of SR 1004 and SR 1007, SR 1004 and Front Street, and SR 1004 and Second Street. SR 1007 over Catasauqua Creek will be replaced, SR 1004 over the Lehigh Canal will be widened. Sidewalks and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the drawings approved for STATE ROUTE 1004, SECTION 03S, in LEHIGH COUNTY, CATASAUQUA BOROUGH from approximately 580 feet West of Lehigh Street at segment 0020 offset 0352 to approximately 135 feet East of Pineapple Street at segment 0020 offset 1938 AND SR 1007 SECTION 03S from approximately 150 feet North of Poplar Street at segment 0054 offset 0985 to approximately Race Street at segment 0054 offset 1554.
