Improvements to Memorial Town Hall Field

Work to be performed under this contract includes the renovation of the natural grass athletic facility at Memorial Town Hall Field, which includes the construction of a multi-use synthetic turf sports complex, drainage improvements, new fence, and various other ancillary improvements. Note: The supply and installation of synthetic turf system (turf carpet and infill materials) shall be procured directly by the Owner through others and is not included in the Contract. Principal items of work in the project include: · 1,100 C.Y. Excavation, Unclassified · 1,500 L.F. Concrete Turf Footing · 1,500 C.Y. 3/4 " Clean Stone · 800 C.Y. 3/4 " Clean Stone (Install Only) · 750 C.Y. Finishing Stone · 750 L.F. Chain-Link Fence, 6` High The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed by May 22, 2020.
