Jefferson County Colorado Open Space North 40 Parking Lot Asphalt Replacement.The objective is to remove the paving that has deteriorated due to the effects of time, weather and traffic, and replace it with new asphalt.The Contractor shall furnish all the labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for or incidental to the complete and timely performance of everything described or reasonably implied from the Contract Documents.The Contractor warrants that it is fully qualified to perform the Work in accordance with the professional standards of the industry and shall perform the Work in a first-class,workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the County and in strict accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
