Construction of Sidewalks and Transit Stops on Ella Boulevard, Kuykendahl Road, and Rankin Road for Harris County Precinct 1

This project consists of furnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for the construction of approximately four (4) miles of six (6) foot wide concrete sidewalks with some locations with four (4) foot sidewalk. The scope of work also includes new Metro bus pads, decomposed granite, removal and replacement of damaged sidewalk, removal and replacement of driveways and ramps for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, small roadside ditch/swale, retaining wall with raised curb, storm sewer and sanitary sewer manhole rim adjustments, adjustments of sidewalk to avoid other utilities, signage and pavement markings, traffic control, and storm water pollution prevention.
