Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Questions or clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bid must be received by 10:00 a.m. on April 22, 2022. This project will reconstruct a failing section of the rockery on Hall Creak near 6303 213th Pl SW in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. The failing section has created a void approximately 4 feet wide and 10 feet deep, which extends approximately 10 feet horizontally under the adjacent property. This work will take place in Hall Creek, a designated critical area, and will be constructed during the permit window between July 1 and September 30, 2022 in accordance with the Hydraulic Project Approval permit. The work includes erosion and sediment control, protection of critical areas, stream diversion, fish exclusion, excavation, geotechnical stabilization, rockery repair, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the 2022 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. The estimated cost of construction is between $79,000 and $98,000. This project is funded by City Stormwater Utility funds. All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business. All work performed on this project is subject to state prevailing wage rates.
