A/E Services Resurface POV Parking Lot Around Building 2

The North Readiness Center (H3441) is a 62,750 square foot, one-story building constructed in 1985. The scope of work provides for replacing approximately 6,800 square yards of asphalt parking area around the Camp Lincoln North Readiness Center (Building #2) with concrete, ensuring proper sloping and drainage for water runoff. The scope also includes, but is not limited to, striping parking spaces and installing parking blocks on parking areas closest to the building. The scope may also include replacing the current concrete approach to the front doors, the sidewalk around the building, the concrete downspout splash block extensions for proper building drainage and the replacement of landscaping around the building. Sidewalk and front door approach will adhere to ADA standards for width and slope.
