Cleaning Services - Branches

Ceaning and sanitizing services covering the period of date of award thru 6/30/20 for Branch Libraries to include:' Cleaning twelve (12) Branches (interior only, excluding mechanical spaces) Library may require additional services per library Library and contractor must agree to set schedules for cleaning Contractor must be experienced with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in certain cases. Contractor is not responsible for emptying trash, however, they are required to remove any trash they create in the process of cleaning. Contractor must visit a typical branch to provide an estimate for cleaning one branch The following services in specific areas of the branches are required: Main Entrance / Lobby / Entry Circulation Desk Area Damp clean reception work station. Dust and wipe clean lobby furniture. Clean and sanitize reception telephone. Clean lobby and corridor interior glass partitions. Clean metal bright work including baseboard unit, window frames, etc. Dust mop and damp mop hard surface flooring. Vacuum carpeting and floor mats. Open Library areas Dust and damp wipe furniture tops. Spot clean all partition glass. Dust baseboards, chair rails etc. Dust pictures, frames and other wall hangings. Dust blinds. Clean and sanitize telephones. Thoroughly vacuum. Dust and damp mop resilient floors. Properly arrange furniture. Machine buff and polish hard surface floors. Machine strip and wax all resilient floors. Restrooms (public and staff) Clean and sanitize all surfaces of toilets and urinals. Clean and polish mirrors, chrome and other bright work. Sweep and wash floors with germicidal disinfectant detergent. Clean all wash basins and counter tops. Spot clean partitions and tiled walls to remove marks, stains etc. Replenish all paper, soap and sanitary products (supplied by Library) Replace toilet bowl or room deodorants. Vacuum carpeted lounge areas. Machine scrub floor with germicidal disinfectant detergent. Elevators Vacuum and spot clean carpeted floor. Dust mop and damp mop hard surface floor. Clean and polish doors inside and outside. Clean and polish inside walls. Clean elevator saddles and door tracks. Dust light fixtures and ceiling grills. High dust light fixtures. Staff office, Break Rooms/Lounge Clean and sanitize microwaves inside and outside. Clean stainless steel appliances and vending equipment. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters and cabinet fronts. Clean and sanitize sinks. Dust mop and damp mop hard surface floors. Machine buff and polish hard surface floors.
