Northland High School 25 Ton AC Replacement for AHU 14

This project will include the removal and disposal of the existing Lineset and 25 ton Trane Condenser Sn: 4C218 and AHU 14 Evaporator Coil. Replace existing DX system with new energy efficient model, matched Evaporator coil, refrigerant piping and Thermostatic Expansion Valve. Lockout/tag out Recover existing refrigerant-22, Disconnect electric from condensing unit Remove existing piping Remove existing coil from air handler Provide and install new coil in air handler with ductwork modifications as required. Use crane to remove existing condensing unit and install new. Install new R-410 evaporator coil in AHU 14, Provide and install all new inter-connecting piping between condenser and evaporator coil Reconnect electric to condensing unit with Pressure test piping Evacuate and charge unit Remove lockout/tag out Start unit and check operation.
