| Description | The 88th Readiness Division (RD) has a need for preventative and corrective facility maintenance services for United States Army Reserve facilities in the Indianapolis Region. The Indianapolis Region includes Indiana, and Michigan. The contract will be awarded as a Stand-Alone firm-fixed-price contract in fiscal year 2023 with a one-year base period and four, one-year option periods, and one six-month extension in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. This requirement will be a competitive set aside for 8(a) small businesses using FAR subpart 19.8 and the SBA/DoD Partnership Agreement. This will be solicited as an 8(a) competitive acquisition. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
