Perimeter Park Dr. 123 Boone Street Suite 100, Office 9 Jonesborough, TN 37659 Nashville, TN 37211 Builders Exchange GRW Engineers, Inc. 300 Clark Street 404 BNA Drive, Suite 201 Knoxville, TN 38301 Nashville, TN 37217 Award of this Contract shall be to the responsive responsible low bidder. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal funds awarded to the Town of Jonesborough by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. Documents must be obtained from the engineer and bidders must be on the engineer's official plan holders list. Anybody who submits a bid and is not on the official plan holders list will have their bid disqualified.
