| Description | There are occasions when the City of Owensboro or other city agencies require the services of various technical contractors. It is the intent of this bid to establish a list of contractors for those occasions when the contractor's expertise is needed. Specifications for each project will be given when bidders are contacted according to the list ranking. This bid is not intended for projects $30,000 or more. Projects $30,000 or more using this bid shall require City Manager's approval. The City of Owensboro reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in said bids. |
