On Call Geotechnical Testing Services

The City constructs new or maintains existing infrastructure throughout the year. Many of these projects required geotechnical testing to verify current Evans Construction / Testing or project specific standards, e.g., CDOT standards for CDOT/Federally funded projects are met. This scope of the work includes but is not limited to. 1. Trench / earthwork compaction, 2. Concrete testing during installation and including making and breaking cylinders, 3. Asphalt density testing during construction, 4. Take asphalt / base cores ahead of mill and overlay/ reconstruction projects to verify existing asphalt/base thickness and subgrade conditions, 5. Taking asphalt cores for testing post construction, and 6. Project documentation for locally and Federally funded projects related to the geotechnical testing aspects of construction projects.
