Redbank Village Field Improvements

Work includes construction of a regraded recreational field in Redbank Village on MacArthur Circle in South Portland. The scope of the work will consist of the re-grading of the land to be used for a ball field and seasonal skating rink, furnishing and installing fill soil, loam and seed and the construction and rehabilitation of the existing gravel paths. The work will include installing a new 1-1/2” water service connection meter pit and meter and yard hydrants for community gardens and rink flooding water. The work includes designing, furnishing and installing a sprinkler irrigation system of the regraded field area including all plumbing and electrical work.
