Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Salisbury, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. The most of the windows are original to the structure, ranging in age from 1867 to 1930. They are either wood or steel framed single pane, uninsulated units. With the planned HVAC replacement (FY 22 start), replacing the windows will allow maximum efficiency of the new system. The specifications include double pane insulated, coated glass with anodized aluminum frames eliminating maintenance. This project is in included in the Wicomico County FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 14, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
