Construction Management/General Contracting Services for Deleon Springs Utility Extensions

The County of Volusia is seeking the services of a professional Construction Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) firm for construction of a potable water main, wastewater force main and lift station. The purpose of the project is to provide potable water and wastewater service along the US Highway 17 corridor from DeLeon Springs to a point of connection to the City of Deland’s water and wastewater systems at County Road 15A where there is an existing force main and water main located at the intersection of CR 15A and US Highway 17, as depicted in Exhibit B, attached. The County intends to construct the project via the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) procurement process. Therefore, the selected CM/GC will be required to work cooperatively with the Engineering Consultant (Consultant) throughout design and construction.
