Description

Demo and remove previous exterior condensers connections inducing three (3) line sets, electrical connections and all other work needed to complete the demo from the previous units. (three (3) condensing units have been previously removed from the site by others) - Demo, remove and replace remaining existing condenser electrical wiring. - Install three (3) new air conditioning condensing units: Two (2) 5 ton, 13 Seer and One (1) 3.5 ton, 13 Seer (Carrier Series model 24ABB342A0N3 / 24ABB360A0L3; American Standard model 4A7A3060 / 4A7A3042; or approved equals) - New condenser installation work to include all labor and materials including but not limited to, copper refrigerant line sets, outdoor unit pads, line insulation, condensate piping, electrical wiring, connections to existing HVAC equipment inside mechanical room, permits, inspections and start up.
