Linden Park Playground Reconstruction

Linden Park Playground, Stanley Avenue at Vermont Avenue, Brooklyn NY The playground at Linden Park is a public playground approximately 0.9 acres in size, excluding the footprint of a small comfort station within the playground which will not be included in the construction activity. The project will remove existing play equipment, furnishings, spray shower and pavements and install new play equipment of safety surfacing, new asphalt and concrete pavement, new spray shower, new furnishings, new lighting and plantings. New drainage structures will connect to existing infrastructure. This procurement is subject to: Participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013 Apprenticeship Requirements The Cost Estimate Range is: $3,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The date for Substantial Completion is 365 consecutive calendar days from the Order to Work date. Estimated Project Start and End Dates: 11/23/2022 - 11/23/2023
