Building 3000: 1. Room 3114 - Remove Mailboxes and Counter, dispose of counter, locate mailboxes in 1000 building room 303, paint mailboxes to match 1000 colors. 2. Patch and Paint All Walls, Install new base molding. 3. Install isolated ground electrical receptacles & data in boxes already in south wall. Building 2000: 1. Rooms 2319 & 2322 – Remove floor tiles and Install new carpet, Patch any Holes on the Floor before carpeting. 2. Paint All Walls including trim, Install new base molding. 3. Install Chair Rails. 4. Replace Ceiling Tiles and Grids With 24”x24” Tegular Edge Tiles, move sprinkler heads as needed Building 1000: 1. Room 303 - Remove One Section of Cabinets and Cut Counter for Wall Installation. 2. Support counter and match vinyl cap on exposed counter end, leave tall cabinet in corner. 3. Add Wall to Extend 6" Past Ceiling Grid. 4. Add 2 Return Registers in Ceiling. 5. Add Supply Diffuser in Ceiling. 6. Add New Light Switch for New Space. 7. Add Fire Protection Strobe. 8. Install new base molding on both sides new wall 9. Install Mailboxes. 10. Add Electrical & Data outlets to both sides of new wall.
