Consultant Services - Design for Renovations of Seymour Union Ballroom

The scope of work for this project includes a thorough code analysis and facility condition review of all aspects of the Seymour Student Union Ballroom. It is anticipated that construction work will include structural upgrades, interior finishes replacements and enhancements, ADA compliance work, life safety exiting improvements, window and door replacements and envelope insulation improvements, mechanical HVAC equipment replacements, restroom renovations, fire protection improvements, fire alarm and detection improvements, lighting replacements, acoustic improvements, sound system and projection system replacements, and seating and table replacements.
