Description

The contractor shall provide electrical services to the City which primarily include overhead to underground service entrance conversions and installation of new services. Contractor shall provide engineering when required. All work must be installed in accordance with the currently adopted version of the National Electric Code (NEC) and the City of Loveland Requirements for Electric Service. Total annual work volume will not exceed $150,000. No individual project will exceed the total annual work volume dollar amount of the contract. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work to be ordered under this contract. The Contractor may be required to perform non-emergency work on weekend and outside normal business hours (7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday). The City reserves the right to supply any or all materials. The Contractor must follow recycling, environmental sustainability, and solid waste best practices. The Contractor must clean-up the job site at the end of each day and at project completion. The Contractor must obtain all required permits and provide the Power Division Project Manager with copies of all such permits prior to performing the work. The Contractor shall not assign the Contract, in whole or in part, subcontract the work to be performed under the Contract, in whole or in part, without the City's prior written consent.
