Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair

The principal work of this contract will consist of on-site maintenance of specified Air Conditioning System Components with added provision for repairs. Contract Term: Date of Award through twelve months (“Initial Term”), with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods with the final renewal period to end 6/30/2025.
