Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Services

The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms with experience working with school districts to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services for all buildings containing carpet for the Clovis Municipal School District. The scope of the procurement consists of providing Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services for the Clovis Municipal School District. The duration of the contract resulting from this RFP shall be for one (1) year from the date of award. Clovis Municipal Schools reserves the right, by mutual agreement of the parties, to extend the contract on an annual basis at the same price, terms and conditions for up to an additional three (3) years. Under no circumstances shall the term of this contract, included all extensions and renewals, exceed four (4) years.
