Mowing Services - Various Areas Throughout the City for Public Works and Parks and Recreation

The City of Columbia is seeking bids from responsible vendor to provide mowing services for various areas throughout the City for Public Works and Parks & Recreation. It is anticipated that the award for this service will be for a period of one year with the City retaining the option to renew the award for two additional one year periods. The service will include all labor, equipment and materials required to adequately maintain the identified areas as further described herein.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Planting, Mowing, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
