Description

Selecting professional Architect and Engineering services firm for a new fire station located at 1500 N 3600 W, Lehi, UT 84043. The Architect will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 1. Schematic design in accordance with Attachment A - SD & DD Guidelines 2. Design development in accordance with Attachment A - SD & DD Guidelines 3. Construction documents 4. Coordination with Authorities having Jurisdiction for site approvals and permitting 5. Support and evaluation of the bidding process 6. Construction administration 7. Interior design 8. Landscape and civil design 9. Conduct regularly scheduled design meetings 10. Submittals for review at the following milestones: a. Schematic Design b. Design Development c. 50% Construction Documents d. 80% Construction Documents 11. Present design to City Council approximately 2 times and incorporate feedback 12. Conduct one open house/public event
