Description

The HUB Goal: 26.0% Highly skilled contractor for coastal construction services for the repair of the Corpus Christi North Beach in Nueces County, Texas. The overall goal of the Project is to address sediment losses due to Hurricane Harvey that impacted the site. The work will include mechanically placing approximately 8,300 cubic yards (“CY”) of beach quality sand along 3,200 linear feet (“LF”) of the beach. Project includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, plant, supplies, superintendence, insurance, incidentals, and services necessary or required to fully complete the work for the Project. Work items include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Mobilization and set-up 2. Environmental protection 3. Construction surveying 4. Mechanically placing beach quality sand and grading 5. Grading 6. Demobilization and site clean-up.
