Description The work of this contract generally consists of the construction of new water main in the Town of Milford, MA. Approximately 900 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main shall be furnished and installed along Exchange Street from Congress Street to Main Street and along the town owned parcel (parcel ID # 48-0-568) between Exchange Street and Fayette Street. Approximately 900 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main shall also be furnished and installed along Myrtle and Poplar Streets from Grove Street to Forest Street. All water mains shall be furnished and installed with associated valves, fittings, and hydrants.
