Description

Bids Rejected. Bid envelopes should be marked "SEALED BID - NAME OF BID - BROCKTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS, BROCKTON, MA 02301". The Brockton School Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids. SCOPE OF WORK Bidder will prepare the site for a playground for the Downey Elementary School located at 55 Electric Avenue, Brockton MA 02301. Bidder will build the following but not limited to: General Description: • Excavate approximately 45’ x 35’ of asphalt. • Dig Safe must be called 72 hours before excavation take place. • Dig up approximately 56’ x 66’up to 9”; Level the site and fill with 6” of stone. Stone must be packed. • All excavated material is to remain on site. • Install safety surfacing and border timber around the perimeter of the playground • Repack the stones after the post are cemented in.
