CONTRACT NO. 2023-01 Type of work: Bituminous Mill, Reclamation, Bituminous Surfacing, Culvert Replacements, Aggregate & Striping. The Major Items of Work are approximately: 26,000 Ton Aggregate Surfacing 442,800 SY Full Depth Reclamation 80,800 Ton Type SP 9.5 Wearing/Non-Wearing Course Mixture 80,400 Ton Type SP 12.5 Non-Wearing Course Mixture 8,350 LF CAS Pipe Culvert The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and further reserves the right to award the contract to serve the best interest of Benton County. Bids must be sealed, identified on the envelope and accompanied by a Certified Check or a Bidder's Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid and made payable to the Treasurer of Benton County.
