Sam Wise Sports Complex Field

The work for the Sam Wise Sports Complex Renovation project includes all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for construction. The location of improvements is softball fields 2 and 3, and baseball fields 2 and 4. Work includes approximately 3,926 LF of chain link fence removal and replacement including backstops and dugouts; 1,695 CY of skinned infield removal and replacement; removal and replacement of 8 dugouts with PCC pads; removal and replacement of infield turf on baseball field 4; removal and storage of bleachers for reinstallation; regrading of infields subbase; installation of 1,526 LF of 4-inch and 450 LF of 6-inch perforated subdrain in the infields; installation of automatic irrigation systems for infield wet down; and a four-year maintenance bond (for PCC paving).
